*Refund Guarantee or *Money Back Guarantee:

1. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund under the 120-day guarantee, the student must meet the following criteria:

  • The student must have actively participated/attended in all live classes and/or sessions.
  • The student must have implemented the strategies taught in the course.
  • The student must not have achieved a single sale during the 120-day period (counted from the enrollment date).

2. Refund Process:

  • To initiate the refund process, the student must send a written request to "rahuldora@digitallishpro.com" within 130 days from the date of enrollment.
  • The request must include evidence of active participation/attendance in live classes and/or sessions and implementation of the course strategies, as well as documented proof of not achieving a sale.

3. Evaluation Process:

  • Our team will thoroughly review the submitted documentation to verify eligibility for the refund.
  • The evaluation process may take up to 15 business days.

4. Refund Decision:

  • If the student is deemed eligible, a full refund of the course fee will be processed within 30 days from the date of the eligibility confirmation.
  • If the student is not eligible, the decision will be communicated in writing, along with the reasons for denial.

5. Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be granted if the student fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any reasons other than the failure to achieve a sale as specified in the guarantee.
